  • Can I Travel with my parcel?

    No, unfortunately our insurance does will not cover passengers. If you have any questions or special instructions please let us know.

  • Will I get a copy of my shipment's bill of lading (BOL)?

    Yes! You will be notified along the entire journey of your parcel including the delivery of the BOL. Communication is key!

  • How long do I have to pay an invoice?

    You will have 7 days from the date of the invoice to pay invoice. Any outstanding balances not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 10% fee.
